The Chair will promote, conduct, and publish research in the fields within the mandate of UNESCO Chair. This will be accomplished by organising national and international conferences, seminars and holding workshops by inviting international scholars and experts from this field.

High Performance Computing (HPC): Established the High Performance Computing facility sponsored by the Government of The Republic of India under INCEIT project (US$ 228563.00). 

Workshops: Four  HPC workshops to be conducted i.e., 2 (two) in Namibia and 2 (two) in India sponsored by the Government of India under INCEIT Project.

Conference: Two conferences will be organised in 2022, i.e. one in Namibia and one in Zimbabwe.
